Ordered pack of 3 neem soaps and pack of 3 apricot scrub along with 2 shampoo and 1 conditioner and prepaid the money on 19th June. The order was accepted but there was no information on delivery date. We never know when they will dispatch the orders. I followed up on 24th and the contact person said apricot soap is not available. They did not have the courtesy to even let me know of the delay and unavailability of the product till i follow up after 5 days (they have our contact number & email address and money is paid in full already)
He then gave a list of few available soaps and I had to choose from it becoz i paid the money already. Finally their available soaps were delivered on 3rd july. I rather go to a near by shop and buy a soap/ shampoo of my choice than pay the money and wait for almost 15 days and get a product that i never wanted
Very lethargic service and poor website maintanence-logs you out many times even while ordering. Any product website will definitely give a delivery date of the product. how do we know when the product arrives if that information is not told to the customer?
In the previous month order, the conditioner lid was broken when it arrived, inspite of it, I chose to order again and learnt a lesson.
