SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We aims to dispatch the product orders within 48 hours after receiving the orders. We deliver the products throughout the world by using logical partners like Blue Dart, Speed Post, DHL etc., and for domestic delivery by using local couriers as per depending on the geographical location or your destination.

 

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:

The following conditions are applicable for domestic orders-

  • Delivery Policy: Delivery charges will be based on your weight of the courier. Delivery charges are applicable shall either be on your site or intimate to the customers if required at the time of placement of order.
  • Delivery Time: 9:00AM – 5.00PM (IST) on business working days Monday to Friday Only. We do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays. We will provide the courier within 3-4 days at the time of placing order.
  • Delivery Address: Please provide the right delivery address with correct Pin Code and Email ID to give good & fast delivery of our products.
  • Payment: Payment must be made in full advance using an online payment modes.
  • Request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.
  • At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location at the security desk itself.

 

FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The following conditions are applicable for international orders-

  • Additional shipping charges are applicable for an international orders and shall differ from country to country as well as service providers.
  • Express shipping charges would be the additional and free shipping would not be applicable for express shipping request.
  • Delivery Time: We will provide the courier within 7-8 working days.
  • Delivery Address: Customer are responsible for providing shipping details which should include Proper Name, Address with City / State / Country , Postal Code, Landmarks if any and also contact numbers with an alternate number to ensure proper delivery at right time.
  • We will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/Damage due to natural calamities, accident, and mistake by shipping service provider.
  • We will not be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
